We will process the personal data provided in this form for the purpose of administering the BeFriend Vilnius programme, assessing your application, matching you with a mentor / participant and communicating with you about the programme.

We process the data that you provide in this form, including your name, contact details, age group, language skills, country / region information, meeting preferences and short introduction. Please do not include sensitive personal data, such as health information, religion, political views, exact home address or children’s names, in the free-text fields.

If a suitable match is found, your name, short introduction and selected contact details may be shared with the matched mentor / participant so that you can arrange communication. Your data may also be accessed by Go Vilnius’ authorised staff and IT / website service providers acting on behalf of Go Vilnius.

Your data will be stored until the end of your participation in the programme and for 6 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Anonymized statistical information may be retained for programme evaluation purposes.

You have the right to access your personal data, request rectification or erasure, restrict processing, object to processing where applicable, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. You can contact us regarding personal data processing at: [email protected].
