We recently crunched some numbers to give everyone an idea of what IH Vilnius’ first year was all about, and here they are.

Fast facts:

1. Since opening, we have served almost 15,000 customers. 
2. The Migration Department and Tax Inspectorate are the state institutions represented at IH Vilnius that served the most clients. 
3. 14,000 customers served in person and 1,000 served online, 
4. We have 12 partners contributing to the IH Vilnius network. 
5. Our clients’ main areas of expertise: IT, Fintech, Lasers, Biotechnology, Game Dev, Business Development and Social work. 
6. Vilnius welcomed newcomers from 100+ countries – we had the pleasure of meeting people from countries like South Africa, Philippines, Japan, Canada and many more! 
7. Nearly 4,000 people participated in our in-person and online workshops. 
8. 85% of participants rate our workshops 5/5 or 4/5. 
9. Almost 300 people started learning Lithuanian with our free classes. 
10. 429 matches have been made through our BeFriend mentorship programme, which now counts 636 mentors and 503 mentees. 
11. We organised workshops on driving, child education, housing, finding a job, health insurance, labour laws, successful job interviews, job search algorithms and integration and adaptation. Which was your favourite? Do you think we might have overlooked an important topic?

13. 30 foreigners found jobs following our Land a Job event. The job fair even helped IH Vilnius find our very own Project Manager, Yana

15. We spent 7,500 hours consulting talents who relocated to Vilnius.
