When did you first hear about IH Vilnius? Was it before applying for your current position?

I heard about IH Vilnius four years ago when having a centre like this in my city was just an idea and dream. I am very glad that this dream became a reality in just a few years!

Tell us about yourself

I was born and raised in Vilnius, but really fell in love with the city during my studies when I realised how multicultural it is and how it has its own charm. I am also a historian and guide. I like running, sewing and spending time with my family.

When did you join IH Vilnius? 

In mid-January of this year.

Do you have any recommendations for newcomers in Vilnius?

Take your time to get to know the city, but don’t delay when it comes to seeing all the beautiful streets of Vilnius. 

What is your favourite spot in Vilnius?

Alumnato kiemelis, a renaissance courtyard in the Old Town that is both romantic and offers a peaceful setting where you can escape the bustle of the city centre.
